Dhani builds at the intersection of enterprise learning technology and open-source AI. At Foundever he leads a global function spanning product, platforms, operations, and data — turning L&D from a cost centre into a measurable growth engine for 150K+ employees. In parallel, he founded Sudar and ByteVerse to prove that memory-aware, adaptive AI can ship without vendor lock-in.

Enterprise AI in L&D fails when treated as a feature bolt-on. I design transformation as operating model change: AI literacy for practitioners, governed data foundations, pilot-to-scale playbooks, and executive dashboards tied to proficiency, retention, and cost — not vanity engagement metrics.

Global platform strategy is only half the equation. I built Foundever's Learning Tech Practice — a client-facing professional services arm — and an India COE that delivered over a half a million in savings through automation and AI-powered workflows while accelerating delivery across 100+ deployments in 45+ countries.
LEARNING SCIENCE × PRODUCTION AI
Sudar's Digital Learner Twin and memory-aware tutor encode what research says about retention and transfer — then prove it in code. Seven modalities, adaptive sequencing, and ALP plugins let institutions upgrade intelligence without ripping out their LMS.
GOVERNANCE THAT ENABLES SPEED
GDPR and ISO-aligned learning data practices, vendor risk frameworks, and audit-ready governance — elevated to decade-high security scores across a 150K+ workforce. Good governance accelerates AI adoption; it doesn't block it.
